I went with my Family for dinner. Food was very bad. Paneer Lababdar was with too much salt. Kulchas were not fully cooked and mostly rubbery. Manchurian balls were so uncooked that we could feel the taste of corn flour in it. Finally, we had to either return or leave the food. Staff were very unprofessional. If someone complains about food, they would start arguing. I have seen staff was arguing with every second or third customer there. I don’t recommend this place unless they improve food and customer service. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: OMR 6–8

Kailash Parbat – Mixed Experience The seating area at Kailash Parbat is quite nice, especially for families. The food court have a dedicated kids’ area where child-friendly videos are projected on a screen, which really helps keep little ones engaged and comfortable during mealtime. However, when it came to the food, it was a bit of a letdown. We tried the pani puri, which was just okay—the puris were hard and not very fresh, and the overall taste was quite average. The gobi manchurian was disappointing—the pieces were too large to eat comfortably, and the masala lacked the bold flavor you’d expect. Overall, a good place for families with kids, but the food definitely needs improvement.
