Kairo is a japanese okinawan restaurant located on the top of a hill, overlooking the beautiful clear beaches below. The food at Kairo was spectacular in every aspect, the pork katsu curry was incredible, so tender and juicy, I had the taco rice curry, equally delicious, the lettuce was crispy there wasn't too much cheese so it was easy to eat, the rice cooked perfectly, the curry was full of flavor and character. The atmosphere inside of Kairo is quite cool. There is a kind of shipwreck theme. The concrete walls have chunks removed with sea shells embedded in them. I had the taco rice curry and it was equally delicious. The lettuce was crispy and the cheese was not too much and it was easy to eat. The rice was cooked perfectly and the curries were full of flavor and character. The atmosphere in Cairo is very nice. It has a sort of shipwreck theme.
