Was only there to eat, I can't say anything about the rooms. The food was very tasty, but the service seemed quite rushed at times and you had the feeling that the food was just being thrown out. This has little to do with pleasant and relaxed service. The tone among the employees also seems to be rougher. Every now and then there were discussions while as a guest you heard almost everything. You can't call it professional. I understand that the house is rather old school but it wasn't pleasant. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 3

Great restaurant, always a different weekly menu, and a lot of it is homemade, no hollandais sauce from a bag :-), and finally enough sauce..! And there are dishes that the other restaurants don't have...I was finally able to eat oysters again :-) Great service..I was very at peace, and I rarely am :-) Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

An outstanding experience at the Kaiserhof Hotel! The first-class hospitality, elegant ambience and impeccable cleanliness made my stay special. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The excellent breakfast selection rounded off my stay.
