Surprising for being the only Filipino restaurant in Dublin and hidden from the street side. This restaurant really surprised me. The hospitality, the setting and the friendly service were excellent. Their native citrus beverage was fresh and sparking.The in house sauces and seasonings really made this Filipino fusion style food pop with exciting flavors. The fresh pandesal (bread) was hot and fluffy, the BBQ chicken on a stick had a sweat and spicy kick. When it came down to the main entrée the Kara Kara (Ox tail stew) was on point and looking forward to returning for more. The Chef was friendly and down to earth. I would highly recommend this restaurant and do not forget the desserts Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely loved this place! It felt like a touch of home. The Kare Kare was incredibly tender and packed with flavor, and the rich peanut sauce paired perfectly with the bagoong. You can really taste the authenticity and care in every dish. I also had the leche flan for dessert, and it was silky, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending to the meal - loved the whiskey shot I got with it too! What made the experience even better was that the head chef came out to chat with me, which was such an awesome personal touch and really showed how much pride they put into the food and customer experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the portions were generous, and the staff was super friendly throughout the night. Definitely a must-go if you’re looking for amazing Filipino food in Dublin! Finally we've tried to have our lunch in Kaldero after our Christmas holiday from Berlin, Germany. If you like a BGC vibes and "soshyal" feeling, this is the place to be. The 3 important things for me to dine in a restaurant are, its food quality, presentation, and the customer service. Kaldero have it all. Mouth watering foods and it tastes so good perfection. Try their leche flan. Kakaiba becos parang nilagyan ata nila ng "seaweed" something, and it brings leche flan to the next level to taste. Everything when it comes to the foods are unique but the Filipino tastes lingers still, of course. The presentation is like you're dining in one of the posh restaurants in BGC (Bonifacio Global Centre) back home and the customer service with a smile. Very warm and very Filipino. I like it here so much! Highly recommend to everyone. When it comes to the background music, try to play some bosa nova beats or jazzy music para mas "soshyal" Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
