This review does not accurately reflect what happened.Your father-in-law entered the restaurant alone, told us that your family had a reservation and immediately asked to use the toilet. However, we could not find any reservation under his name or for your group. Nevertheless, as the restaurant was quiet, we welcomed your family and provided a table, cutlery and water.I was having my breakfast when you arrived, but I immediately stopped eating and stood up to welcome and assist your family.You considered our SAVE10 Family Feast promotion, which clearly states that rice is not included. When you asked whether rice was included, I politely explained this. Your father-in-law then requested garlic rice, which is why I later confirmed the garlic rice with him.Your group did not place an order or eat any food. You left without informing us or giving us an opportunity to address your concerns and then went to the neighbouring restaurant.We completely deny the allegation that any inappropriate comment about “girls” was made. This is a serious and damaging accusation that does not reflect what occurred.We welcome genuine feedback, including criticism, but reviews should provide a fair and truthful account of an actual experience.
