I’m a regular customer of Katsu Bar and have been coming to this location since they first opened. As much as I love the incredibly high quality food of this restaurant, there are MANY incredibly frustrating failures they need to address promptly. Multiple times when I’ve gone to pick my food up, they forget items! Including french fries or entire entrees altogether. I’ve had to call more times than I can count so I can get a refund. They blame it on being “busy” but the times I’ve gone to get food where they have forgotten my items there was almost nobody in there. Secondly, (especially recently) every time I’ve gone to order online their best items including the Kamikaze Sandwiches are not listed for purchase. I call their phone number to order it that way and they inform me that they’re “out of bread.” Okay, that sucks but I figure it’s a one-off. NOPE! I check on multiple different days, including today, hoping to order a sandwich and again their regular sandwich items are NOT LISTED. I call their phone again to inquire and NOBODY answered, it just rang and rang and went to voicemail. To be out of stock of essential ingredients for your most popular and delicious sandwiches is BEYOND PATHETIC and has given me such a bad taste in my mouth! You guys need to get it together! What kind of restaurant that specializes in Katsu sandwiches & burgers is constantly out of stock of those items?! It’s beyond disappointing, and so unprofessional. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
