Gem of uptown. Service was friendly and great! I didn't catch the waitresses name *short hair, septum piercing, very nice to us!* but she had our order memorized, checked in on us, answered questions, etc! We had a yuzu-ade and strawberry-ade and both drinks were unbelievably tasty. Takoyaki was crisp, delicious, and fresh! Food was stellar all around. I had the Pork katsu curry, and fiancée had the katsu carbonara. Everything was perfect, crispy, rich, delicious. Good vibes inside, and overall, happy customer and will be back! We ordered the chili toppoki with chicken katsu, and the pork Japanese katsu. Both were 10/10! The meat was perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender. The chili toppoki was pretty spicy but cooked perfectly (just the right amount of chewiness). The soup that came with both meals was especially delicious - we really enjoyed that. Service was quick, food was delicious, and served at perfect temperatures. Would definitely recommend dining in! We look forward to coming back and trying more items on the menu :) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Went on a Sunday afternoon, lovely staff! I had the carbornara udon (minus pork and shrimp), with katsuya chicken on the side - SO GOOD! Large portion for what you're paying. Eating the udon was tricky with the chopsticks, but you can make it work. Great presentation and arrangement of your food tray once it arrives as well. You can tell someone took their time to place all the utensils and bowls in a specific way. Overall an amazing experience! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Dietary restrictions: Halal chicken is available! Be aware that they do sell pork here though.
