I recently visited Kebab Factory and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We ordered two kebab wraps, but the quantity was not satisfactory at all. The portion size felt quite small for the price, and it definitely didn’t meet expectations. What made the experience worse was the staff behaviour. There was a noticeable lack of attention and professionalism. We felt ignored, and there was no effort to provide good customer service or even basic courtesy. Overall, the food and service both fell below standard. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on this experience. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered at 6.20pm with a wait time of 1hr. 1.5hrs hours later, we rang them and they said it’ll be 20-25 mins. Another 45 mins later, still no food. Tried calling, no answer after 12 calls. By far the worst takeaway I’ve ever encountered. Can’t comment on the food quality as it didn’t arrive. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not reccomended atall. They gave me wrong prices from the old menu and then said it was by mistake and made me pay more. When I called to a adress the issue and I was unhappy they said I'm wasting their time. DO NOT GO THERE. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
