At 4 p.m., out of white chicken. Took the last two crispy beasts preferring original. Chicken was rubbery, smelled greasy. Normally satisfying, not this time. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Extremely rude staff, cold nasty food and always some wrong with the order. Every 6 months or so I attempt to go back and each time it's worse and worse. Tonight was the final straw (which I didn't even get in my order). Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went through the drive-thru to order a family meal, and the person taking my order was extremely rude and clearly did not care about the customers or the business. She refused to take my order, refused to let me speak with a manager, and basically told me that nobody cared and that I could sit in the drive-thru as long as I wanted for all she cared. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in any business, especially in customer service. After this experience, I looked at other reviews and saw many similar complaints about this location—and now I understand why. I wouldn’t eat there anymore. I don’t trust the hygiene or safety of the food if this is the kind of employee running the store. I have already filed a claim with KFC about this incident. As an owner of a small restaurant myself, I truly feel bad for the franchise owner of this location. Your staff can make or break your business, and this is the kind of employee who drives customers away. She needs to be fired. You should be much more careful about who you hire to represent your brand. Hope the store owner will read this comment and take action. North Chili customers deserve better form an iconic brand like KFC. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
