I was traveling to Denver with my husband from a long day of driving when we decided to stop at KFC. Google and yelp say the location is open to 11 however we thought on the door it said 10pm. Either way we arrived at 9pm an hour prior to closing. When we arrived we were the only two customers in the store and there was no one in the drive thru. We placed our order and got our drinks. 20 minutes later a man who I assume is the manager asked “is there anything else I can do for you” and my husband replied “yes, we are waiting for our food”. He then looked at the screen and said “we missed it”. 30 minutes later we got our food and were offered a free cake for the wait. Let me add some context here. When we arrived the employees were cleaning the building, had all of the chairs up and were cleaning the kitchen. They still took our order. To the man who we believe was the manager- my advice to you is to find a different role if you can not handle unpleasant conversations instead of sending your employees to do it for you. The poor kid who brought our food looked so embarrassed. I’m not holding him responsible but it’s the poor management. Also, a “free cake” is not going to solve waiting 30 minutes for fast food then getting uncooked chicken that tasted like rubber. I ended up throwing my food away and if I was not already late to my destination we would have had a conversation in the store. Displeased with the poor customer service and horrible food in an understatement. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Marcus taking our order was polite and patient as we decided on what we wanted. Place is clean and cool as it was extremely hot outside. Service was fast, food is always good. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just went ordered a much of sauces that i was charged for the employee even double confirmed what sauces i want. Now i get homw and they arnt in here. Idk its really not that hard to throw sauces in a bad.... i love paying for things i dont get
