We ordered through the drive thru and the woman taking our order told us it would be about an 18 minute wait for the chicken. We said that was fine but she just left and a man took over our order instead which was odd. We were then told to pull up front and wait for our food. We had been waiting about 30 minutes so my husband went inside to check on the order. The man noticed and apologized, saying he had forgotten about us. We got home only to find the food was very disappointing. The biscuits were doughy, and the chicken was soggy and unappetizing. We did appreciate the apology and understand everyone is human but it was honestly just a bad experience. Food: 1

Went to this place for lunch Saturday. They gave me a whole bucket meal and sides but the whole chicken bucket had soggy breading. No crispness at all. And then the sides was watery. Do not come here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wow just wow the manager Kawana I believe was terribly rude, I mean rude to the point asking me if I can kinda hurry up and order and no one was behind me in the store. Chicken was old and plain nasty the younger black girl even apologized for the manager. And there’s more I’ll save it for corporate. I see why so many others talk about this woman / manager in the reviews. Wow how does cedar hill kfc have better rating than midlothian smh Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
