First, let me apologize to the store's management for going to this location thinking it would be a good place to order a meal. Apparently, coming into the store when we did must have interrupted something far more important for the cashier/order taker (in particular) and other staff than waiting on customers who wanted a couple of dine-in meals. I am well over 80 years old and have never encountered a customer service employee as inhospitable as today's encounter. No smile, no greeting just a disinterested "what would you like?" After placing our order for two of their new Naked Chicken Salads, it was nearly thirty minutes (22) for the meals to be literally "plopped' onto the counter with the announcement of "two salads'. The chicken in the salads was delicious. The salad greens were okay (pretty much just shredded cabbage, carrots and cucumbers), but they would have been much better had they been chilled. Room temperature salad greens are pretty sad. KFC's promotional pictures for the new Naked Chicken Salads clearly show tomatoes as par of the salad. There were no tomatoes included with our salads. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Pulled into the drive through at 930pm for a root beer float and we're told they take the ice cream machine down at 830 pm. Dude you don't close until 10 pm. N9t cool. Service: 1

Review: Today I had all my teeth pulled, so I can only eat soft food — and let me tell you, Kentucky Fried Chicken came through for me. KFC has the best mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and gravy. I got a great big serving of mashed potatoes and gravy, and when I opened the lid, it splashed all over me. Honestly, I couldn’t have been happier. I even put the Kentucky Fried Chicken bucket on my head and showed everyone a picture of Buckethead, the former Guns N’ Roses guitar player, who has famously worn a KFC bucket on his head since he was young. Buckethead may be the best thing that ever happened to KFC — but today, KFC was the best thing that happened to me. Thank you to everyone there for your wonderful service.
