I ordered a famous bowl thru the drive thru. I wasn't told there'd be a wait until after I paid. I was told it would be a "short wait" I said that was fine. It actually took 14 minutes before I got my food.At that point, I just wanted to get OUT OF THERE and get home.While I was given a quick apology, nothing else was done! No compensation was offered - not even a side item or a pop. That's Unacceptable Customer Service! When You, KFC, royally mess up - you need to make an effort to make things right!! The worst part was calling the store & talking to the "Manager," Shannon. She sounded extremely young, maybe 19 or 20 and questioned my wait time, insinuating that I lied. (All she needed to do was check the video footage to verify the Truth!!) Then she proceeded to "Scold/ Teach" me the proper way to lodge a complaint. I was told I Needed to stay on the property to resolve things& that I Should NOT Have called after the Fact... Are you Kidding me?! How Ridiculous!! I just waited nearly 15 minutes & she's telling me NEED TO stick around another 10- 15 minutes for THEIR MISTAKE, (while my food gets cold?!) In the End, how did Shannon, the Manager, resolve things? She offered ZERO...NOTHING. Hows that for Customer Service?!!! I asked, "Don't you even compensate Customers, when you, KFC, really Mess Up? Waiting 15 minutes for an order is Unacceptable!" She then said, "OK, next time you come in, you can get an individual side." And THAT was my experience at Shakopee KFC. ONE of the Worst Customer Service Failures ever Witnessed! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Chicken Pot Pie, 3 PC Tenders Combo

The food was absolutely terrible the chicken taste like it was made about 8 hours ago and the service was also terrible at the counter very rude people work at this KFC mostly seem like the people in the kitchen purposely gave us the shittiest chicken they could find for some reason pretty sure I know why but don't want to post about that Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Please fix the service. I waited too long before someone came to take my order. Then I waited for 26 minutes before asking to cancel my order. When I told the manager the situation she argued that the wait time wasn't bad. They fill online orders first, then drivethrough orders and then counter orders. Kind of backwards in my opinion. Each person does 1 job. The order taker plays on their phone when not taking orders. One person cooks and one person takes drive through orders and one person packages the meals. Probably not what corporate had in mind. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
