This place is horrible when I went thought the drive thu the guy wasn’t speaking and was out of everything he couldn’t even comprehend what I was saying. The service was bad they said that they didn’t have any fries and offer mashed potato’s instead Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was great. It was hot and fresh. Came out FAST! 3 star review because they placed the cold coleslaw under super hot food in the same bag. Why? Nothing like warm coleslaw.... And, I specifically asked for butter and honey for the biscuits while ordering, guess what wasn't in the bag... You guessed it, no honey, no butter.... I called to explain the issue, nothing. No sorry about the condiments. No sorry the coleslaw is now disgusting and warm. Just said that's the way they do it, placing the cold food UNDER the hot food. Guess this is why I haven't been to KFC in YEARS! Going back to that tradition... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Waited over 15 minutes before being asked for our order. It seems that the drive thru and online orders are more important than customers wanting to dine in. As after10 minutes waiting. I asked if we could order. The "manager" said rudely hold on, we are very busy with drive thru and online pick up orders. The cole slaw which I use to love has changed to something bland and unenjoyable. I do not eat at KFC often. But it is or was a nice comforting reminder of going with my parents. This last time has really turned me off to KFC. Not sure that I will return there again. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
