The service we received was absolutely horrible and completely ruined our experience. From the beginning, our waitress acted as though she had no interest in serving us and seemed irritated anytime she had to come to our table. At one point, we needed a refill on our drinks and actually had to flag down another waitress just to get someone to help us because our waitress was nowhere to be found. After that, her attitude became even worse, as if she was annoyed that she had to continue serving our table. What made the situation even more disappointing was that a manager walked by, and we explained to him how poor the service had been. Instead of addressing the situation or checking on us, he essentially brushed it off and simply said he would track our waitress down so we could pay our bill. The food itself was not worth enduring such terrible service. We understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there was absolutely no effort made to provide even basic customer service or make our experience better after we brought the issue to management's attention. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will think twice before returning. Good food cannot make up for being treated like an inconvenience by your server and then having your concerns dismissed by management. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Kickback Jack's has the best steak and ribs I've ever eat. I love this place. I never get to go in though because I'm handicapped but I can always pick it up. I go to your window which is awesome. Like everybody that I have seen there have been really nice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

Due to Crystal the manager, our large crew who has supported this establishment since the doors opened in hickory will never be here again. We bring a large crowd, but we are a huge crew who frequent this place throughout the week. After seeing the other reviews, and the issues with Crystal who has been rude on three occasions, we are done! One day they will care enough to reply the the consumers and it will be too late. I see all these reviews and whether positive or negative no one replies. That’s says enough. Will be glad to find enough place that will be glad to accept our good tips and large crews. Also, the business we provide in small groups throughout the week. Sad that one nasty person can be the downfall of one place. Hickory needs this but will no longer be getting support from us.
