Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, and firstly, happy anniversary - we’re really sorry to hear that your visit didn’t live up to the occasion. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to experience slow service, particularly on a day that was meant to be special. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the timing of dishes and the additional rice. Food arriving lukewarm and not being able to enjoy everything together is not the standard we aim for, and we understand how that would have taken away from your meal. We’re glad the team were able to remove the additional charge, but we recognise that this doesn’t make up for the experience as a whole. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ll be sharing this with our team to ensure we’re improving both our pacing and service, especially during peak periods.
