Regarding our food: Our rice noodles are prepared in the traditional Thai style, which results in a sticky, chewy texture—this is an intentional characteristic of the dish and is often different from other cuisines. We also take pride in our seasonings and apologize if the flavor profile didn't land for you on this occasion. Regarding the wait and seating: Friday nights are our busiest time, and we frequently reach capacity. The "Open" Tables: The tables you saw are dedicated staging areas for delivery and courier services. We keep these clear to ensure the flow of the restaurant remains manageable for both our dine-in guests and delivery partners. Guest Care: We sincerely regret that your elderly companion was not offered a seat or water while waiting. Our hosts do their best to monitor the waiting area during a rush, but we always encourage guests to alert the staff if they have specific needs so we can assist immediately. Atmosphere & Closing: As a smaller venue, the activity at the front desk can feel fast-paced, especially with delivery orders. While we begin standard cleaning to maintain our hygiene standards, we never intend for our guests to feel rushed while enjoying their meal.
