We showed up and they first started late because other people were bowling. We were then asked to move to a whole different lane, which wasted 5 minutes we paid for, and to top it off we were asked to cut time off our bowling so another party could come in even though other lanes were available. The original room was booked at 8:40 and we booked days in advance. They gave us 4 dollars off to comp. Absolutely unprofessional, will not be returning. Horrible establishment, do not go, they just want your money. Disappointment doesn’t begin to express how we feel. Party of 7.

Our experience at Kings Dining & Entertainment was outstanding from start to finish. The facility was spotless, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and every staff member went above and beyond — especially Reggie. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail made our visit truly memorable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
