We showed up and they first started late because other people were bowling. We were then asked to move to a whole different lane, which wasted 5 minutes we paid for, and to top it off we were asked to cut time off our bowling so another party could come in even though other lanes were available. The original room was booked at 8:40 and we booked days in advance. They gave us 4 dollars off to comp. Absolutely unprofessional, will not be returning. Horrible establishment, do not go, they just want your money. Disappointment doesn’t begin to express how we feel. Party of 7.

We’re truly sorry that your experience with us fell short of what you expected and deserved. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have your group’s bowling experience disrupted, especially after making a reservation in advance. We never want a guest to leave feeling disappointed or that their experience was anything less than a priority. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll be taking the time to review what happened with our team.We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to make this right and hopefully restore your confidence in us. Please reach out to us directly so we can connect with you personally. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.Grayson ClarkGclark@playatkings.com
