I've stopped by quite a few times now and always find some great brews. Their draft list rotates quite frequently, which always means there is something new to try! They brew some amazing sours and stouts. I look forward to my next visit!

This is my favorite Brooklyn brewery, hands down. A lot of the time I bring first dates here because it's such a chill spot to drink and talk. Lively, but not too loud and there's lots of restaurants to walk to nearby. They don't sell food but you can bring your own and they have snacks as well. The taproom is really large and beautiful...think high ceilings, keg high top tables and floor to ceiling windows all around. I love that you can see the actual brewery through the windows behind the bar. The bartenders are all easy going and friendly - good conversation, attentive and make informed suggestions. POC approved, never had a weird moment or an empty glass! The beers change frequently so there's always something new to discover along with the OG offerings. It's very low key on weekdays but get crowded on the weekends, especially if you want to sit outside. If you don't wanna brave the crowds, they have cans to go too! Literally can't say enough good things about this place, I love it there

Hung out at Kings County Brewers Collective on Saturday evening. A laid back brewery with solid beers, they are doing a lot of things right. Quality: Kings County Brewers Collective is one of the more creative breweries in New York City. I love how they really went big for Halloween with a bunch of new beers just for the occasion. During my visit I was able to try, Barrel Aged Birthday Zombie, Zed Lupulin, Captain Bubbles, Rye Barrel Aged Creature From the Deep, Death From Below 2, Polkageist, and Zombieland Double Tap. I focused around their IPAs, stouts, and sours, and was not disappointed by any. Zombieland Double Tap, a double fruited sour was my favorite of the bunch, but I also loved Captain Bubbles, a DDH IPA with Lychee, Guava, and Black Tea. High quality beer and it was great that they had some food setup inside to pair it with. Quantity: Drafts were 10oz or 14oz, depending on the selection. Value: $6-$9 for Drafts of Beer. Ambiance: Kings County Brewers Collective or KCBC is located in the Bushwick area of Brooklyn. Close to a bunch of other bars and restaurants, KCBC supplies many with fun beers often with awesome designs. The brewery itself is simple, but classic. Found in an old garage, they took the old door and turned it into a window that can be opened up on nice days. Inside they showcase their barrels, some of which are holding beer to be served in the future. They also have a big window behind their bar giving a peek at the equipment. The rest of the space is filled with tables and high tops. On this evening a DJ spun a solid mix of dance tunes, which after a loud start eventually hit the right volume and groove. Crowd: With a DJ spinning, a food stand set-up, and a bunch of Halloween based beers on the menu, KCBC was a packed on Saturday evening. Service: Friendly and helpful bartenders. They were able to handle a large crowd while still finding time for beer descriptions and recommendations. Parking: Decent street parking throughout the area.
