Absolutely horrible experience !!! Came here with a friend to play some pool they told me they have a waiting list. Ok we place our name on the list and proceed to have some food. As we walk towards the tables 3 out of 3 tables are empty no one is playing there. I go back and they say we need to text people and 10 mins goes by and still no one is playing but our name is on the list. We get a table and have some food which is not good at all. Mozzarella sticks are burned and overcooked, Margarita pizza has barely any cheese and some slices have no cheese at all!! After about an hour I go back to the host to ask where my name is in line for the pool tables and they tell me I’m not on the list they can’t find my name!! Now within the hour the host changed and the host who put my name on the iPad is standing right by him and I told him he gave me the iPad I put my name and phone in and gave him the iPad back and his reaction is “I didn’t put his name on the list, the customer put his name there” and now after over an hour waiting for a table my name was never in lane. Waste of my time!!! Waste of my money in the kitchen!!! This place treats customer absolutely horrible !!! Stay away and save your money!!! Price per person: $70–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Even though they were super busy on a Saturday night, they still kept their cool and were able to get us two lanes just walking in the door. The manager Brianna, was very professional, and the host Freddy was very accommodating, communicative and easy to work with. Our server Asia was also very attentive and prompt. 10/10 would recommend to a friend *especially* if it’s for an occasion! (also for what it’s worth, the drinks tasted great). Price per person: $100+ Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Kings Dining & Entertainment in the Seaport District, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. Firstly, the service was far below standard. Staff were unprofessional and inattentive, leaving myself and organization feeling vastly unwelcome. Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there—management’s behavior was even worse. Rather than addressing any question, we were met with dismissiveness and hostility, which only compounded the frustration. Most concerning of all was the level of over the top offensive and conduct displayed that left us deeply uncomfortable. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a business that states they service such a diverse city. I would not recommend Kings Dining & Entertainment to anyone looking for a welcoming, professional, or enjoyable experience. I hope the establishment takes immediate steps to address these issues, starting with staff training and management accountability. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What this reviewer failed to mention is that he is a former, and clearly disgruntled, management employee who was terminated for various reasons.
