Unfortunately we didn't have a 100% nice visit with you today. First of all, the positive: The machines are super cool and modern. Something like this should happen much more often. The atmosphere is also inviting and we really liked it. Now a few suggestions for improvement and wishes: We work in the catering industry ourselves and know that you don't always have a good day. However, saying "please", "thank you" and above all "SORRY" shouldn't be difficult. Especially when something goes wrong in the kitchen. We're all just people who can sometimes forget something when we're stressed ;) but it should You can stand above it and stand up for it. You should never leave a customer with a negative feeling and, above all, let them leave the restaurant like that. Next time just offer something small as compensation for the long waiting time. Then everything is cool Nevertheless, we would come back again. The ice cream creations at the neighboring tables looked great and made us curious. Maybe next time everything will work better

We had very tasty ice cream and will do it again soon. There is really a wide selection of ice cream flavors here. The prices are good. We felt very comfortable.

When the boss deletes reviews. Children unfriendly and dirty Here even 1 star is too many. Went for ice cream with the girls because the weather was nice. It got cold when we arrived and we still sat outside. Then I wanted to go in with the freezing children, but the boss said no, despite the empty restaurant. Of course I spoke up about it and found the reaction “shabby” towards children. He was probably mad that I didn't buy an ice cream sundae. Was then thrown out of the iced coffee by the screaming boss, who apparently has no decency in front of children... He would have heard me on camera, at one point he could hear his waiter smoking in front of the restaurant... Apparently I was in a bad mood because nothing was going on... Furthermore, their ice cream is not tasty and everything is quite grubby. The ice cream was extremely stale and empty tubs in the counter... Luckily once and never again!! There are much better iced coffees...
