We went for their buffet, dinner on a saturday, paid 399 per person, the place was empty and the staff was just hanging around the area talking to wach other and we had to repeatedly ask them for some things(tissues, glasses) and to have some of the food refilled, customer service was terrible, The food is mediocre at best, we mostly came for the talaba. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱200–400 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We visited Kitchen Express Liloan / Seafood Paradise Kitchen Express - Liloan and honestly, it was a huge disappointment. If we could rate 0, we would. But 1 star is the minimum allowed. The food was not impressive at all, definitely not worth the hype. Despite all the hype, it tasted average at best and certainly didn’t live up to what was advertised. One of the main reasons we stayed was because we were told to wait for the lechon, which they claimed was still being prepared. After a long wait, it was finally served cold. We came all the way from Mandaue City to Liloan hoping for a good food experience, but it was just not worth the trip. What’s even more frustrating is that this place was highly recommended by food bloggers. After this experience, my family and I have learned not to blindly trust food vlogger reviews, especially those that seem too good to be true. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one had to be shared so others can manage expectations. Definitely not coming back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
