Этот фастфуд находится неподалеку от St. Johann. Многие посетители приходят сюда, чтобы попробовать аппетитные чизбургеры и хорошую курицу. Гостям не нравится биттер.
Клиенты отрицательно отзываются о персонале. По мнению клиентов, сервис отличный. В Kochlöffel спокойная атмосфера, но посетители невысоко оценили это место на Google.

With the wooden spoon I am i.g. well satisfied. Nice and helpful employees in what is currently a tough environment on Neumarkt. The food is ok, the price is reasonable. Requests such as “French fries without salt” will of course be taken into account. Plus delicious coffee at a good price. And keep calm with some difficult customers. The only problem (which the employees can't do anything about): the toilets. Difficult to reach and, despite repeated cleaning, dirty in record time by ruthless piglets. A problem also for parents with small children. Very difficult or even impossible to reach for people with limited mobility. Anyone who relies on a walker or wheelchair is out of luck. That's why the points are deducted for the ambience. But perhaps after the renovation has actually been successful, improvements can still be made: ideally by moving the toilet facilities to the ground floor. If that were possible, the icing on the cake (here with a key on the counter as "piglet protection") would be an additional toilet room with a changing area suitable for strollers, walkers and wheelchairs. In an emergency, the only such customer toilet in the area at the Wenner bookstore may be too far away. If this is still spatially and technically possible with the Kochlöffel on the ground floor, a minimum of bureaucracy on the part of the city would be a great help in implementing it. Perhaps the “piglet problem” would then be easier to get under control. Ig. I like coming here. Especially in the evening on the way home, when, as a city resident, I can still drink my delicious coffee in peace in my neighborhood as a "nightcap". o.k., often enough 1/2 a chicken and/or 1 cheeseburger with bacon comes along on the way home. Even if I just managed to "get my" Edeka on the way home (= back out on time before 9 p.m.) and then I just manage to eat it before the well-deserved evening of work begins at 9:30 p.m.: I get it I just as nicely and calmly enjoy my coffee and “accompaniment” (chicken). THANK YOU for these nice employees! Afterwards the end of the day begins for both sides... :-)) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I really enjoy going to this wooden spoon and I also enjoy drinking one or two coffees there every day, but on this one day I was treated so disrespectfully by an employee and thrown out of the store on the grounds that I was being occupied by guests, I was over I left almost 30€ of food and coffee there all day and 15 minutes before I was thrown out I ordered a coffee. That's how you don't deal with guests who spend their money there. The employee in question is named Martina. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger
