This is Indian food from a very specific region and what a treasure it is! Being from Kerala I was pleasantly surprised to see this food in Yomitan. The Fish Chettinad was perfect as was the vada (I think they call it chickpea croquette )! I love how they blend local vegetables and fish with very authentic Malayali flavours. The atmosphere made me feel like I am back in my family home, complete with banana tree and ocean views from the window. A must try but please don’t go here expecting generic Indian restaurant food. Since I was driving to Yomitan, I went to Kofta, which had high reviews. The curry was very delicious. I ordered a special plate, typical of South Indian curry. Although it cost over 2000 yen, I was very satisfied. There are few staff members, and one person is running the store by himself, so delivery and service may be delayed. It is best to understand this before visiting the store. It was so good that I want to go again! It was a shop that made me think.
