Kaiseki is designed as a slow and carefully paced dining experience, but we understand that on this occasion the timing felt longer than expected.Regarding the noise level, your visit took place on a fully booked Saturday evening. While we always strive to offer a refined and comfortable atmosphere, the lively presence of our guests can sometimes make the dining room more animated than we would wish.We also appreciate your comments on the menu.
