Regarding our menu: The chicken sandwich is a legacy item from the previous owner that we kept specifically because our long-time regulars love it, and we didn't want to disappoint them. While it might seem unusual to offer both sushi and sandwiches, it’s a tribute to our community’s history. Because these items are so popular, our ingredient turnover is very high, ensuring that everything—from the fish to the poultry—is fresh and never sits in storage.
