The hospitality was exceptional, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The food was flavorful and freshly prepared, especially the pav bhaji, which was absolutely delicious and tasted homemade. Very kind staff! Will be visiting again for sure! This is a hidden gem. Amazing food cooked and served by a family. The vadapav is probably the best vadapav anywhere in Jersey. Loved the misal pav and dahi puri. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Let me start by saying that I travel all over the US for work and I regularly eat indian food as it is my favorite ethnic food to eat. I am from the UK where indian food is some of the best in the world. Lets just say I know my indian food and I know what's good and what is bulk-produced basic junk. The trouble is that quality varies greatly. I rarely review places but felt I had to review Krishna's Kitchen. The take-out I ordered from there yesterday was absolutely outstanding. Delicious, authentic and you could tell it was made fresh in house. Every good restaurant has their own variation on the classics and the Chicken Tikka Massala here was amazing. One way to tell the skill of the chef and the quality of indian food is the Nan bread. The Nan at Krishna's Kitchen was absolutely to die for. Crispy in parts (but not hard), not doughy and it had just the right amount of light oil from the ghee and those wonderful slightly charred bubbles that signify a properly cooked Nan. When I am back in this area I will definitely be ordering from here again. Ignore the suspicious reviews that are obviously from people associated with other restaurants, trying to lower the rating of Krishna's Kitchen. This place is the real deal. Lastly, the medium spice level was perfect. Some heat but not so much that you lose flavor. Vegetarian options: All indian restaurants offer vegetarian and vegan choices. Dietary restrictions: Always check carefully with indian restaurants if you have a tree nut allergy. Many indian dishes contain nuts.
