Hi I’m regular customer for Krispy Kreme but inside the hyper max Krispy it’s very poor customer service there is staff I don’t know where she from but her talking way is very bad it’s soo aggressive I didn’t see any branch like this, I visit 3 to 4 time when I go everytime that staff only in her Mobile in call or scrolling mobile sometimes there is no Krispy Kreme staff what I kind of customer service I don’t know it’s very poor,0 mind she don’t know how to talk and how to handle customer there is no any management team check, very disappointed with avenues Krispy Kreme,i want to make survey complaints but I didn’t but anything because of her aggressive attitude,if I have manager number I will make complaints directly. Please management team take action for this lady staff if she behave with everyone ur business will lose. Poor 0 very bad service. Thank you
