Our pad see ew follows the traditional Bangkok street-style balance, which does lean sweeter than some Western adaptations — though we hear you, and palate notes like yours genuinely help our chefs calibrate. We'll also take another look at the crab fried rice; bland is never the goal when there's that much lump crab involved.So glad the agedashi tofu won you over — it's a quiet favorite of ours too.
