I was there a long time ago after the thermal baths and wanted to take Kaiserschmarrn with me into the motorhome for my daughter and me. As soon as I came in, the employee, probably the boss, looked at me a little strangely and then reluctantly asked me what I wanted. I told him the menu and at first he acted like he didn't understand me and the whole time I felt like I wasn't wanted here. After the thermal baths, I was wearing my joggers and combing my wet hair back, apparently it looked kind of ugly to him. When I got the Kaiserschmarrn packed, I paid and walked less than 3 minutes to the motorhome parking lot. My daughter was really looking forward to the Kaiserschmarrn and when I opened the lid, I noticed that the Kaiserschmarrn wasn't at all!!! was warm. He was cold, as if out of the refrigerator. Not even a bit warm, you could have said that it cooled down a bit after the 3 minutes to the parking space. Absolutely cold!!! We were able to warm up the Kaiserschmarrn in the motorhome, but that's an absolute no-go! Friendliness/atmosphere very negative and the food cold! Not recommendable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
