I would give them a zero if possible. Last Monday, I ordered food on the krystals app. Paid over $30 for the order. I get there and go thru drive thru and no one seems to be there. I leave and then come back and saw there was someone else in line so I pulled behind the car and when I got too window the employee says their power is off, but all the lights on.. anyways he says he can't do anything about my order I need to go back to app for help, and that they didn't have anything to do with online orders or refunds. So tell me why 3 days later, instead of returning my money to my card, they posted it tk my account. The number on Google for Krystals is disconnected. Can't talk to anyone through the app even sent emails. They literally stole my money and don't care to fix the problem. The exact amount was $35.12 on Monday 6/01/2026 Meal type: Dinner

Jackie & the breakfast crew are the BEST! I'm super picky, yet they get it right and they don't even roll their eyes when I make special requests (i.e. I like my bacon extra crispy). And . . . they are super friendly! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went to Krystal’s at 11:30 and was told they couldn’t take our order because they had a “mega” order ahead of ours. That’s crazy to me! It’s not like I was going to order everything in the kitchen. Meal type: Other Service: 1
