I used to loving going here. Went yesterday for the ayce dinner. Ordered and the final order I put in was 5 salmon sashimi and 2 mackerel. It came with 10 and 4 which I didn't order yet was expected to eat. The mackerel was not to my liking so I didn't eat that. We also had 1 chicken wing 1 wonton and 1 tempura chicken and half a bowl of fried rice. We told the waitress we were done and wanted the tab. She stopped looked at the food and says you have wasted food I won't charge this time, but you need to order less at a time if you can't eat it. I do not need to be scolded. There was not a massive amount of waste. They give you a huge bowl of fried rice and if you don't eat it all you get charged. I understand food waste but this was not a huge amount. Will never return to this restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Kumo Sushi, Rochester, MN-This place was a complete nightmare. I have never experienced such horrible service in my entire life. I was subjected to a lot of humiliation throughout my visit, but I didn't express my feelings at the time. I wanted to share my experience so that others can be careful if they decide to go there. To start with, we ordered two All You Can Eat meals for our kids and two regular dinner entrees for my husband and me. While we were eating, one of the staff members came to our table and tried to take my son's plate, claiming that we didn't order the All You Can Eat option. I explained that we had ordered two of them, and he eventually left us alone after discussing it with another chef. I thought it might have just been a misunderstanding and let it go. However, things only got worse from there. My kids were still eating when my husband and I finished our meals and asked for a box to take our leftovers home. We hadn't put the food in the box yet because we were waiting for our kids to finish eating. Suddenly, another worker came to our table and shaking the box it to check if any food was inside. It was so humiliating, and I felt like we were being accused of stealing. My son ordered a coke, and the staff member brought him another glass even though there was still half a glass of coke left. They charged us twice for the same drink. Lastly, the prices on the menu were different from the prices on the bill. They charged us more than what was listed. We noticed the discrepancy, but we didn't bother questioning it at the time. If you're planning on going to this place, please be careful and watch out for these issues. It was a terrible experience, the waiters were not welcoming, aggressive and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this.
