Terrible customer service. We waited outside for 5 minutes even though only 3 tables were occupied. When the staff finally approached us, instead of a proper greeting, she just awkwardly asked, "Ano po yun?" Once seated, we were completely ignored. Three staff members were just chatting at the counter and wouldn't take our order, so we decided to walk out. We didn't want to risk complaining and having them do something to our food. Never going back. Management needs to retrain this team or hire people who actually want to do their jobs.

My family and I came here for dinner. The food was great and very tasty. And I think the price is reasonable. The only thing i did not like on this visit was the attitude of the staff. It seems they do not care on their costumers, we help ourselves coming in and they served like they were tired their whole life and wanted to go home. This specific restaurant seems to excel from my previous experiences and slowly dying due to their costumer service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Slow and bad service. The food may be good and decent but their service is too bad. We asked for complimentary/side dish for too many times but didn't served any. If I were you, eat somewhere else aside this because this branch is this bad ever since. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱1–500 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
