Food was good, drinks were solid, but service was PHENOMENAL. Harmony was the bartender, and she was simultaneously handling 5-7 different groups at the bar, serving multiple hibachi tables, running everything to and from the kitchen, and doing all of it while creating the most inclusive and friendly atmosphere, it was truly a delight to watch. She was patient and incredibly helpful to newcomers finding their way around the menu (me) and cracking jokes with a dozen regulars in a way that made it feel incredibly homey in here and led to strangers starting conversations in a really cool way. I haven’t been to Kyoto in 7 years, but the salad was great (amazing ginger dressing), the vegetable tempura could’ve used a bit more seasoning, but the star for me was the vegetarian veggie hibachi special, which came with a veritable mountain of flavorful fried rice and nicely cooked veggies. Harmony introduced me to a few of their new drink specials, which were all very good, and in general the service and atmosphere she provided is why I’ll definitely be back. This is the first time I been in Kyoto. THIS PLACE IS ONE OF THE BEST HIBACHI IN WORCESTER. I really like it. Tastes good and service was great. Chef and staff were friendly and pay attention to our food. I will be back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went for a date night with my boyfriend on Valentine’s Day, the food was fantastic, the restaurant was lively and packed full and the service was incredible. Our main server Amy was very attentive despite the restaurant being a full house, and two other employees, Nhu and Eden were exceptional at their individual service, even helping out at the bar area for myself and my partner! Incredible cooperation was displayed by the staff there. Truly the best hibachi in Worcester piloted by the best chefs and attendants! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
