This cafe makes absolutely amazing food but is let down completely by their customer service. A decent size line of customers waiting to be served and 4 employees standing near the register chatting about their weekend . The guy in front speaks up to get services and is told to wait. Just rude. Him and a few others walk away because the employees can't figure out that people can see you ignoring them. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We stumbled upon Luma Filipino when we were searching for Filipino food in Perth. The food here was so delicious and flavourful that we made another booking to come back here again! The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for awesome Filipino food! Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
