Là Authentic Chinese Food

Yes ma’am. They are bagged frozen dumplings. I will never say they are homemade. That’s why they are this price. Also I do not believe Walmart has this brand. I ordered them from New Orleans. The brand I am using is from a dumpling company making dumplings in China too. That is the closest way I could think for now to make sure that these are good dumplings. But I do make the homemade sauce go with these dumplings. And I do know how to make homemade dumplings. I might make them homemade later on. Just don’t have the time and ability to do them homemade yet. I am sorry you didn’t have a good experience. Except dumpings and egg rolls, everything else here is authentic. I make my own sauce for everything and season the meats myself. This is not a chain restaurant. It is just a lady with a little food trailer trying her best to bring Chinese food to Ruston. I know it’s far from perfect. I feel really bad for your bad experience though. I hope I can make something that makes you happy later. Best wishes!
