I think it was the worst experience in a laundromat of my life. To start, they charged us €40 to put the clothes in the washing machine. Then we saw that the place was self-service... The worst thing was that when we went to pick it up it was in the bag anyway, unfolded and they charged us €10 more to fold it. They thought we didn't speak Italian and while they were folding it they began to criticize us in Italian that why we had the nerve to ask for folded clothes... in the end, in order not to argue, we paid the €50. They were a girl and a boy, young.

If we put them in the bag without folding them then why would he complain because they were too wrinkled? We communicate the price of the folding in advance because in any case you waste time! Thanks

Washing and drying laundry for €10, allow around an hour for the whole thing. As long as you speak a little Italian, the welcome is courteous. Clean and dry laundry. It is better to wait near the laundromat to collect the laundry after 1 hour.

I left 2 towels for washing.. I take them back the next day in these conditions. For 14 euros! BAD.

Good morning unfortunately pitch stains are difficult to remove as well as sun creams, you already paid 14 euros and you complain let alone with the double stain removal it reached 20... it's easy to be a lion from the keyboard! Have a nice holiday
