I went to the restaurant on Christmas Eve with my husband, motivated by the many positive reviews, but unfortunately the experience was far from what I expected. Upon arriving, we were faced with dirty tables and extremely slow service. We know it's Christmas and we understand the high demand, but the problem wasn't just the waiting time. From the beginning, we felt a lack of receptivity. To get a table, we had to insist several times, and even after we sat down, no one came to take our order. We didn't find waiters available to serve, and I noticed that other tables were facing the same difficulty. A message to the owner: I am also a business owner and understand the challenges of operating during busy times like this. However, if the decision is to open the establishment in a high-end location like Gramado, the minimum expected is to offer satisfactory service. Want to earn money? So do it by providing good experiences, not frustrating customers. I do not recommend the restaurant.

A La Bella Notte Pizzaria é simplesmente espetacular! Ambiente aconchegante, gerente e garçons simpáticos e extremamente educados. O proprietário é de uma simplicidade absurda, cativa a todos ao seu redor. A pizza é maravilhosa!!! Ah, tem também sopas e saladas para acompanhar. Que maravilha!!! Melhor Pizzaria de Gramado, sem dúvidas!!!???
