We would certainly have liked to make a gesture of courtesy such as we always do to our customers even if there have been no mistakes, because for us the customer comes first but also education and respect for work. Feeling cheated while working to try to please customers as much as possible is not a good thing. Hearing the response "yeah, have a good dinner" with smiles attached when our collaborator has wished you a good lunch is not the same. Also because if we want to talk about times you confirmed that you arrived at 1.35pm and therefore late with your reservation which was at 1.30pm. Our employee came twice to take the order but you were not ready. And then I saw in her reviews, in one in particular the Da Michele one, that she recommended going before 12.30pm if they wanted to eat at 1.30pm. So just with us the wait was endless???!!!! Thanks anyway for the compliments on the pizzas and omelettes (on Google and the fork reviews they are good but on the TripAdvisor review they are no longer good??!!) however as regards the croquettes I can assure you that they are potatoes without starch and they are made handmade by us as we show on our social networks. Finally, I'll give you a summary of the times: you arrived at 1.35pm, let's imagine that 10 minutes passed between sitting down and ordering, then another 10 minutes are needed to prepare the appetizer, and so it's those fateful 20 minutes that you say. Then we wait another 10/15 minutes to consume the appetizer. In the end he waited between 20 and 25 minutes for the pizzas with the group not being 20 but 40 people and most of them were pizzas. As you can see, we also have our good reasons, perhaps it was a bad day for both of us. I hope you don't take this explanation of mine the wrong way and if perhaps you decide to give us another chance I assure you that you won't regret it. Happy Holidays More
