Beautiful farmhouse in a beautiful setting on the banks of the Adige. The place is very quiet, reachable by car through narrow country roads or even by bicycle, via a cycle path. Everything seemed very well looked after starting from the entrance path that leads to the restaurant which has not only internal rooms but also many outdoor tables, under a canopy which must be very cool even in summer or in the shade of some trees . Even though we didn't have a reservation, they managed to seat 7 of us in a short time at a nice big table. As for the menu, it responded to what I would have expected to find in a farmhouse: traditional homemade dishes and grilled meat, exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very courteous and professional. An ideal place for families with children since there is a huge play area equipped with slides, various climbing games, five-a-side football goals, and last but not least a place where you can observe the farm animals (sheep, goats, donkeys, geese, chickens ducks...). We celebrated my little girl 5th birthday at La Colombara yesterday and I must say the waiters that took care of us were helpful and very polite. Everything from the wine to icecream was delicious and well presented. We were lucky with the weather so we enjoyed the playground and the animals. Very thankful! We'll visit again soon
