A wonderful surprise in Riocorvo. The place has turned out spectacular, maintaining the aesthetics of the stone houses of the place. Stately, without a doubt. And the interior is modern and rustic at the same time, very cozy. They have a restaurant and apartments. We were in the restaurant, the interior area (there is a terrace for those who go with dogs). Regarding food, they offer two menus. One for €28 per person with a variety of super tasty dishes. And another €36 menu of steak (to share). There is also a letter. We chose the steak menu. It consists of a first course of super tasty black rice with cuttlefish, in the photo you will see that the presentation is super careful. Next, the steak (approximately half a kilo per person). The presentation and flavor are perfect. With a branch of bay leaf and a sheet of beet to give it a touch of particular flavor, perhaps fruity/citrus. It's the first time we've tried it like this and we loved it. Contour brings your fries, red and green peppers. The finishing touch is with the various desserts (cheesecake, orange flan, pasiego yogurt cake with strawberry jam and a rice pudding cream and blueberry jam). My favorite, the cheesecake, with a super smooth and creamy flavor that leaves a touch of blue cheese or gorgonzola at the end. Apart from the menu, we wanted to try the croquettes, if I'm not mistaken boletus and ham. They are huge, and quite filling, so better to share. The texture of the bechamel is impeccable, perfectly combined with the flavor of the boletus. Honorable mention to the chef, you can see that he puts passion in all his dishes. Everything was very careful, especially the presentation of the dishes and their composition. Great attention and service. The super attentive owner. And if that were not enough, competitive prices with quality products. Without hesitation, we will repeat and recommend us to friends who visit the area. Thank you, we will be back soon. Parking: It is a small town, but there is no problem parking. There is a public parking a few meters further down, so it is a recommended option. Kid-friendliness: You can go with the little ones without a problem, plus the place is spacious.
