Our Lasagna is made fresh from scratch and our guests love it! I'm sorry we were out when you stopped in however creating a lasagna is a process and ours does sell quickly. I'm sorry you did not choose our Italian Spaghetti or Fettuccine. Our Stuffed Portobello Mushroom is my personal favorite dish. Everything in our kitchen is made from scratch so if "more" or "less" cheese pleases your palate....we can accommodate that. We also offer the most authentic Italian espresso beverages in town and 24 flavors of gelato and sorbetto.

Thank you for visiting us again and for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that this visit didn’t match your previous experiences with us—that’s never what we want for our guests. We do want to clarify a couple of points for context. The spinach used that day was fresh and prepared as part of our daily scratch kitchen process, and we did not have any other reports of spoilage. That said, when your concern was brought to us, we immediately removed the Formaggio from your bill because we always want guests to leave feeling taken care of. We also understand how the total may have felt surprising based on the photo shared. Your tab included five items: an Espresso Martini, a Meatball on Ciabatta, a Formaggio panini (which was refunded), a double-shot Bloody Mary (for which you were not charged for the extra shot), and a dog gelato. Not all of these items were reflected in the photo, which can understandably create some confusion when looking back at the total. As a small, locally owned café, we prepare our food from scratch and price our menu accordingly—we’re not a large breakfast chain, but we do our best to offer quality, care, and a welcoming experience.
