Congratulations to Mathieu, an example of a Manager! Always taking care of his customers. Always on hand in the kitchen and in the dining room, friendly, jovial... welcoming... an "Excellent" rating, very good cooking Valentin and his smile his joy of living, his kindness, simply simple and the magic happens. Always listening! The little extra ️ that makes you want the hot coffee from the lemon tartlet to simply come back. Marion and her smile Magnificent. Always the pleasant word, Always at the top, welcoming for 12 years. Work and dynamism in her. Vanessa and a sun summer and winter the pleasant word, under the sky winter at the restaurant without Vanessa that's not it Sophie the wisdom the sun, calm, kindness, simple simply magical a treat of diversity and human diversity..which make delicious dishes and which make the difference a team at the service of customers..the small dishes a deliciously prepared delight..not to be missed a wonderful team I recommend..sorry for the others I don't know the first names anymore! Finally and to conclude! the blueberry pie not to be missed. I would like to say that in the kitchen, never ask to do an apprenticeship with them, they don't teach you anything, they make you do something that wants to complain all the time, belittle, criticize for nothing and doesn't care about all the customers, it's unacceptable in cooking especially Marion who considers herself a chef so who has nothing to do allows herself to tell very serious things to my son, for my part there is only the server staff who are competent by their contribution in the kitchen it is anything.
