I first ate at La Galette in Naqoura in 1992, the owner Abu Youssef was an amazing chef and the meals were always fresh and everything on the meal was cooked with love for food. I went to Kuwait for a few years and when I came back to Lebanon in 1992 - 2002 I was so happy to see the restaurant was still going strong and the food was amazing (although the restaurant had changed locations by some few hundred meters) Fresh fish, fresh chicken, steaks,, all the Lebanese salads, fatouch, Tabouli, fresh fresh fresh. Abu Youssef has passed now but his son has continued to keep the family business going and I know in my heart i will eat here again one day. #amazingfood
