Concerning the spritz, we have chosen to put a larger quantity of liquid compared to other places, which justifies the CHF 1.- difference with the majority of neighboring establishments. For the gourmet coffee, it is composed of a mini homemade tiramisu, a quarter of apple tart, a piece of brownie and a piece of homemade panettone and cooked to order, we regret that the quality of the products is not didn't make a difference because it's our policy.
