I had a horrible experience here i qork at this mall and would go here weekly, but about 3 weeks ago I went in and the manager who is a female was so ugly and rude I will never go back, the food has been very questionable lately but like I said I would go weekly support business..this day I ordered what I do every time I go , this day the manager was rude said to me we don't serve tha salmon in a smaller portion I said I come weekly I work at Dillard she said that who let's you order a smaller portion I told her, she said well he shouldn't do that, I said please don't get him in trouble he sees I come here all the time and is very nice and respectful. She said she would be talking to her people I said forget it cancel order it was usually 12.00 she tried to charge me 23.00...she humiliated me in front of every one ,very unnecessary! So on my way out the gentleman that always gets it for me weekly was coming in,I explained what just happened, he apologized over and over I told hom its not his fault, he said that there sure was a smaller portion and didn't know why she was acting like that, I told him I hope he doesn't get in trouble, he said don't worry about it, I told him I won't be coming back, and neither will the other 8 people from my store they lost alot of business from us. He said he hated that it turned out like that S if you want to be treated with respect do not go here, and like I said their food is just so..so...
