The ice cream is good but my girl ordered a raspado due to pregnancy cravings when she came home it was the thing she was wanting to enjoy but when she tries it it had a kind sour sour sharp taste i thought it was off too since she asked me to try it. When she called to let them know they didnt offer a refund or asked if we wanted an exchange she had only take 3 sips bc of the bad taste. They told her that they switch out the flavors daily and that was it no apology or reason for that sour taste. I hope there is an explanation for the sour flavor this was on 6/15/26 i just went down the reviews and saw a pic of a blender with gunk at the bottom kinda shows how they operate.

My husband and I have been here many times. Each time has been great for both the food and service. However, when we went tonight, the person who served us was extremely rude. I had just ordered in Spanish when she proceeded to tell me, "Sorry I'm in a rush, can you please hurry up. I can practice Spanish with you some other time." I spoke perfect Spanish and I'm Latina. My skin color is white because I'm mixed. I was entirely thrown off. She wasn't rude to anyone before us who weren't of a light complexion. Due to such a nasty cultural assumption, my husband and I will not be returning.
