I was really excited to try this place because it looked very cute. When we arrived, we went up to place our order, and at first the interaction seemed friendly. However, I felt like the cashier’s attitude changed after she noticed that I did not leave a tip. (For reference, the cashier was a lady with the tattoos) At first, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. She brought our Coke in a way that felt abrupt, almost like she slammed it down, but I brushed it off as maybe not being a big deal. But then, when our food was ready, I noticed a clear difference in how we were treated compared to the people sitting next to us. The same cashier brought their sandwiches out, placed them nicely on the table next to us, and said, “Here you go, guys enjoy.” When she brought out our order, she slid/threw the sandwich onto the table, walked away, and did not say anything to us. Later, when that same couple left the restaurant, they were told, “Have a good day, guys. Thank y’all.” And like to 3 other people before us. But when we left, no one said a single word to us. Tipping is optional all she did was take our order and bring out our sandwich (nothing special, not even her greeting) customers should still be treated respectfully regardless of whether they leave a tip. The difference in service made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming, especially because it seemed tied to the fact that I did not tip at the counter. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but the way we were treated left a bad impression. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $20–30

I have addressed this immediately with staff and I am confident that this was a miscommunication and our staff in no way meant to make you fell anything other than welcome and appreciated. I hope you will accept my sincere apology that you did not feel welcome. I do hope you’ll try us again.

If you are looking for authentic, mouth-watering Italian food, La Rosa is an absolute must-visit. We tried a bit of everything, and it completely blew us away:. The Mortadella Sandwich: Fresh, perfectly balanced, and packed with flavor. The Meatball Sandwich: Hearty, savory, and pure comfort food done right. The Desserts: You cannot leave without trying the bread pudding and the gelato—both were the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. To top it all off, the service was excellent—warm, attentive, and welcoming. We will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
