I made a reservation with Booking.com and the hotel asked me to cancel the booking. The hotel promissed me a better room for the same price as the price of Booking. When we arrived we dienst get the Room with lake view and terras they prommissed. I complained about it and the answer was " this is the Room you get". A complete other Room than promissed. The hospitalty is bad. We felt ignored. We only get intention when we asked for the menu and the food. No interest or conversation at all. We had to wait for more than 1 and 1/2 hours to get food. This was 1 and 1/2 hours because we asked for the menu and iff we asked iff we could order. They ignored us complete. After waiting they forget my order. By complaining about this there was no reaction at all. The guests who spoken Albanian had there food very fast without asking for a menu or order. So we want ti the nearby village on foot for diner. It is among 5 kilometer. In the weekend there was loud music until early hours. No word about it from the staff. They hardlopen speak to us. In the.morning you get your breakfast. This is a goos breakfast. One of the best i had in Albania but the disapeared after serving. You have to sarah for them to get an other coffee. But...a beautiful location. In potential a good hotel. Cosy and a lot of atmosphere It has a beautiful setting with a own beach. But they have to learn a lot about hospitality! Service: 1

Hello Tanja! This is Labiatan manager writing. No one asked to cancel the booking. We never meet you or even talked about changing room or whatever you wrote in the message. This is complete false. No one waits for dinner, ever, as for the record. Shame on you for lying in public, but as I see this is something you do to get some benefit you think! But, everyone can see the other comments and they are 99% non albanian, so eveything you wrote is not true.

We came for the beautiful stone beach at the lake and spend the whole day there. It’s a wonderful space, very peaceful and quiet. They’re deck chairs and sunshade you can’t find anywhere else nearby at the swimming spots. We even could use the Stand-Up-Paddling Boards. And the service for drinks and everything around was very kind, too! Would recommend Greetings from Germany :) Service: 5

We just stopped at Labiatan Zogaj for lunch, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is beautiful — right by Lake Skadar — and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The lunch was absolutely delicious, with every dish freshly prepared and full of flavor. We were very pleased with the quality of the food and the overall service. What really made the visit memorable was the fantastic attitude of the manager. He was extremely welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were fully satisfied with everything. His professionalism and warm approach added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. We left very happy and full, and we can confidently say that we’ll definitely come back the next time we’re passing through. Highly recommended!
