The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the service was fast. The person who served us — I think her name was Maria or mary was especially lovely. However, there was one major issue that completely ruined the experience for me and made it one of the worst coffee shop experiences I’ve had. The couches were dirty, and the tables were not properly cleaned, especially around the edges. We suddenly noticed an ant walking on the table, and there were also small flying insects and flies around the seating area. This honestly made me not want to visit this branch again. The overall environment did not feel clean at all, and after seeing those things, I genuinely felt uncomfortable ordering anything else. Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 200+

This was a quick stop to buy macaroons for my daughter. They are 16SAR per piece, I ordered 4 and was offered a box. Which I agreed to and after paying I realized I was charged for a tiny box on top of macaroons, that btw my daughter finished them right there. Attention: box cost for macaroons is 34SAR!!! This was unexpected and no one told me that box is additional cost. When i went back and asked about this issue, staff responded “well Mr, it’s laduree” - very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not come again, also macaroons don’t taste good anyway. Just go 2nd floor Patchi has good macaroons and for half a price. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 80–100
